Paste a fasta sequence, a gene ID or just a sequence.

Both nucleotide or protein sequences are valid.

Paste a list of gene IDs.

• Select the data set (Project) you want to query.
• Set the minimum correlation value (0.65 - 1.0) to display co-expressed genes with similar expression profiles.

• Filter the conditions to display: Stage, tissues, treatments, etc. Note that when no conditions are selected for filtering all the samples from the data set will be display.
